Bert ' s meatloaf

2 lbs. Hamburger
1 sleeve saltine crackers (crushed )
1 qt. Tomatoes (dip from the jar, save the juice )
2 eggs
1 med. Onion  (diced)
Mix by hand, shape into a loaf, put in a  pan. Pour 1/4 to 1/2 of the tomato juice in the  pan around the loaf. Top with ketsup. Bake at  4 25 *  covered  55 -60 min. Then uncover and brown the top.
